Support the Audio Bibles for the Blind program
I refer a lot of Talking Book recipients in Jacksonville who wish to have an audio bible on digital cartridge format that they can keep to the Aurora Ministries's Audio Bible for the Blind service. For many years they have provided free quality audio recordings of the King James version, New King James version and other versions of the Holy Bible to those who cannot read standard or large print due to a visual or physical disability. However, now they have more requests for their audio bibles then they have the capacity to fulfill and may soon have to start turning people away.
My office has been fortunate enough to receive generous donations from our customers throughout the years which we have used to purchase items that help us to improve our service. I am asking that anyone who wishes to support the Special Needs Library in Jacksonville, Florida might also consider supporting the Audio Bibles for the Blind program that also benefits those who are print impaired in our community.
