The Jacksonville Special Needs Library offers provides adaptive library services to those in our community who have a disability. Our library also administers the Talking Books service to those who have challenges reading printed material. Please call 904-630-1999 for more information.
The Jacksonville Council on Elder Affairs serves as an advocate for the older persons in the city, to the governmental agencies responsible for the various plans and programs designed to help older persons.
